Spaghetti and meatballs

Ingredients required for Spaghetti and meatballs

Ingredients

5 tbsp processed breadcrumbs

Heavy cream 6 ounces

Canola oil, 1 tbsp

half cup of diced sweet onions

1 chopped clove garlic

Parmesan, 5 ounces

Ground pork, 8 ounce

Sweet pork sausage, 8 ounce

Fresh rosemary chopped, half tbsp

Ground veal, 8 ounce

Egg one and large

Salt

Basic Tomato Sauce

Spaghetti, 1 box

Black pepper, cracked

Basic Tomato Sauce:

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Fresh basil leaves, 4

One 32-ounce can San Marzano tomatoes, drained and processed in a food mill or food processor

1 chopped clove garlic

Flasks of red pepper

Steps

In the heavy cream bowl, soak the breadcrumbs.

Add canola oil in the saucepan.

Add in the garlic and onions, cook until the onions are transparent.

Now stir in the rosemary, stop heating and now bring it to chill.

Combine both the onion and breadcrumb mixtures, sausage, parmesan,pork, veal and eggs in the bowl.

Now with an electric mixture, beat it on low speed.When mixed well add the salt.

Now heat the pan and check for the taste, if more taste needed adjust with the spices.

Make meat balls of desired size and then cool them for an hour.

Now apply baking sheet in the baking pan and bake the meatballs  for 20 to 25 degree c in the preheat oven.

Simmer the tomato sauce, now add the baked meatballs in this sauce and cook till they are thoroughly cooked.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water till delicate as shown on the package.

Now its time to add the spaghetti in the meatball mixture and then mix well.

Sprinkle some black pepper, Parmesan and parsley.

For the Tomato sauce:

Heat a pan and add in the olive oil, garlic, red pepper and garlic.

Cook until the garlic become soft.

Add in the tomatoes, boil the mixture for a minute.

Ready to serve.
