Ingredients required for Southern Shrimp Boil are as follows
Cut in circle 10 ounces andouille sausage
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
Peeled and halved, 1 pound baby artichokes
A diced jalapeno
Water 3 quarts
Shrimp boil spice, 3 tbsp

3 bay leaves
1 pound shell-on shrimp
Ground pepper, 1 tbsp
Cut in third 1 pound corns
Peeled and cut in half 1 1/2 cups cippolini onions
Hot sauce, 1 tbsp
Garnish, 3 green onions

Butter 2 stick
1 French baguette
1 minced scallion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp parsley leaves, 1 tbsp
Hot sauce for taste
Pepper and salt
Parmesan 1 tbsp
Heat oil in the skillet, stir the artichokes, onions and sausage, cook until its lightly brown.
Now add in the water, salt, bay leaves, jalapeno, black pepper, shrimp boil spice and hot sauce.
Cover the skillet and boil it.
Add corns to it and put the lid again.
You need to cook until corns are tender.
Now stir in the shrimps and cook till its pink and firm.
Drain all the water through the colander.
Take out in the serving plates, garnish with onions.
Serve with the garlic bread.
Steps for Garlic Bread
Mix the Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, scallion and hot sauce with butter in a bowl.
Heat the boiler before.
Now slice the baguette and spread on the both slice.
Put on the pan and toast in boiler for up to 2 minutes.
