Frutti di Mare alla Griglia
Ingredients you will need for Frutti di Mare alla Griglia
Thyme sprigs, 4 ounces
5 lemon juice and 4 cut in half
Olive oil for dressing
Ground pepper and salt
9 pounds assorted Mediterranean fish and shellfish, such as branzino, dorade, and red mullet, scaled and gutted; and langoustines and large sea scallops, shelled
Parsley, roughly chopped
Preheat the grill.
Wash the fish and then dry it.
Rub the lemon over the fish and shellfish.
Pour over the olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stuff in the thyme.
Check the grill if its hot or not.
Now its time to grill the fish and keep there until it become brown.
Do same to other side until the flesh is moist.
Do check if it is evenly cooked, as it ranges from meat to meat.
For the serving purpose pour over the olive oil.
For the sauce Mix the lemon and olive oil with salt.
Garnish with the parsley and lemon halves.
