Fish Fry in easy to fry,you have to do following steps
Ingredients required for Fish Fry
Oil for frying
Fresh cod 2 pounds
Pepper and salt
Half cup all-purpose flour
Eggs 2 large
Cold water 2 tbsp
Plain bread crumbs, 2 cups
Half tsp of dry mustard
Cayenne pepper, few pinches
Malt vinegar and lemon for topping
Pour oil in the skillet, place over the stove and heat light to medium.
Cod pieces into desired and season with salt and pepper.
Put the flour in the tin.
In another tin mix eggs and water.
In the third tin mix the crumbs, cayenne and mustard.
Now at last coat fish in the flour, then in the eggs and at last in the crumbs.
Put this coated fish in the oil and fry till brown.
When then drain on the paper towel and serve.
