How to cook creamy jambalaya pasta

Ingredients for creamy jambalaya pasta.

2 tbsp olive oil

Half green bell pepper,thinly sliced

Small red onion,sliced

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

4 tbsp tomato sauce

1 box penny pasta

Salt and pepper

1 large cubed chicken breast

Half lb large shrimp,peeled

2 links Andouille sausage,cubed

1 and half cups heavy cream

Fresh parsley for garnish

Creamy jambalaya pasta

Steps for creamy jambalaya pasta

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in large skillet.

Cook the onion and peppers until tender,season with pinch of Cajun seasoning,salt and pepper.

Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add another tbsp of oil then slowly add the chicken,cook until brown.

Put the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cook until pink.

Add the sausage and cook until warmed through.

In a large pot of boiling water,cook the pasta to your preference and drain.

Add pasta to skillet,then add the cream,cooked vegetables and pinch of salt and pepper.

Bring the mixture to boil,sprinkle with parsley.

Transfer the tasty creamy jambalaya pasta to plate and serve.
