Breakfast Sausage Ingredients

Ground pork, 2 pounds

2 tsp of salt

Ground black pepper, 1 tsp

2 tsp of dried sage

1 pinch of ground cloves

1 tbsp of brown sugar

Breakfast Sausage

Steps

Mix the cloves, sage, brown sugar, ground black pepper, crushed red pepper, marjoram, and salt in a bowl.

Combine well all the spices.

Put pork in the bowl and stir in all the spices.

Combine both with spoon or kneed with hand like dough.

Make patties out of it.

Fry the patties in the skillet from both the side until cooked well or 5 minutes per side.
