Potatoes for Breakfast Casserole along Sweet Potatoes should necessarily be sweet.
One Pound bite size frozen sweet potato crisp puffs
One Package diced Canadian bacon
One chopped onion
One Green bell pepper chopped
1 ¼ Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper for taste
Half cup skim milk
Three egg yolks
Directions for Breakfast Casserole along Sweet Potatoes
Use a slow cooker,put in the plastic liner.
According to the size of cooker,make two to three layers of Canadian bacon, green pepper and cheese as desired.
In bowl,blend eggs and milk together. Season to taste.
Pour egg mixture over layers you made in the cooker.
Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 5-8 hours on low flame or till the time the egg mixture is set.
You can sprinkle more cheese on top if you want it more cheesy.
