3 beaten eggs
1 and half cups flour
2 cups breadcrumbs
Half cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp chopped parsley
4 portobello mushrooms,cut into strips
2 garlic cloves
Pinch of kosher salt
Half cup of low fat yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven at 425 F or 218 c (a basic baking tip for parmesan portobello fries).
Place floor and beaten eggs in separate dishes.
In another dish mix parmesan,parsley and breadcrumbs.
Mix the mushrooms strips first in flour,then eggs and at last coat with breadcrumbs mixture.
Put the mushrooms on baking sheet with wire rack.
Apply olive oil on strips with the help of brush.
